All bookings with MyCharters are considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received and the customer receives a booking confirmation. MyCharters reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary for operational, safety, or legal reasons.
2. Payment Terms
A €100 deposit is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance is paid after the charter unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional services, fuel surcharges, damages, or overtime may incur extra charges.
3. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hours before departure: full refund of any deposit paid.
Less than 24 hours before departure: deposit is non-refundable.
No-shows or late arrivals are treated as a cancellation within 24 hours; deposit non-refundable.
4. Food & Beverages
Guests must inform MyCharters in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.
MyCharters is not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed dietary conditions.
Outside food and beverages require prior approval.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
MyCharters may cancel, delay, or reschedule for unsafe weather, mechanical issues, government restrictions or safety concerns. In such cases customers are offered a rescheduled booking or a full refund of any deposit paid.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Guests must follow crew safety instructions, behave responsibly, and comply with local maritime law. MyCharters may terminate a charter without refund for dangerous, illegal or abusive behaviour.
7. Damage & Liability
Customers are responsible for damage caused by their group. MyCharters is not liable for loss of personal belongings or injuries from failure to follow safety instructions. Participation is at the customer's own risk.
8. Arrival Time
Please arrive 15–30 minutes before departure. Late arrival may reduce charter time without refund or extension.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with MyCharters, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
